SIGNATURE REQUIRED & DELIVERY INSPECTION (IMPORTANT)

 

To ensure the security of your purchase, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. We do not authorize carriers to leave packages unattended.

 

Your Responsibility Upon Delivery:

§  Inspect the Box: Before signing, please visually inspect the shipping box for any signs of damage (crushed corners, holes, wet spots).

§  Sign as "DAMAGED": If the package appears damaged, you MUST ask the courier to record the package as "DAMAGED" next to your signature.

§  Refusal: If the package is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

§  Report Damage Within 24 Hours: If you discover damage to the product or packaging after signing, we strongly recommend contacting us at Returns@the-ios.maison within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage (both product and outer packaging). This 24-hour reporting window allows us to file a timely claim with the carrier and fulfillment partner on your behalf. Reporting after this period does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery does not affect your statutory warranty rights, but contemporaneous documentation significantly assists us in processing your claim with the carrier.
